CLUBHOUSE RENTALS:  Please contact Bradley Moorhous or Diana Myers (emails above) to reserve clubhouse.  The clubhouse renovations are now complete and you can reserve the clubhouse.  Please complete the rental form on this website and submit it to either our president or secretary.

2022 HOA Dues - $289.00 Annually. Due Jan. 1 of each year.  Late fees of 1.5% per month will be accessed after Jan. 31 if payment has not been received. 

 INITIATION FEE - $700.00. Buyers purchasing a home within the community.
